The Sports gala of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University was celecrated on 18th April,2012.
To welcome the many colors of spring, Spring Festival was celebrated at the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University on April 14, 2012. The festival was organized by the Urdu Department. Stalls of food, mehndi and cloths, crowded with students and staff alike could be seen adding color to the whole environment. The Vice Chancellor inaugurated the festival and appreciated the efforts of the students to participate in such extra curricular activities.
The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University won First prize in "All Pakistan Intervarsity Women Football Championship 2011-2012".
Final Term Examinations of BS programs in all disciplines ,both in the affiliated colleges and in the departments of the University will start from 24th April,2012.
BS programs has been started in the selected affiliated colleges of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar.

It is a life time honor to have been appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of the first ever Women University in the Khyber PakhtunKhuwa Province of Pakistan. The university has the aim of educating women in such a way that they are able to compete in every field and prove to be an asset to their families and the whole nation. Our objective is to establish a female institution in the form of university where education is imparted to the talented graduates of the province in all the fields of life on domestic, national & international level. We believe in bringing forth the hidden talents of females and enhancing them further beyond the boundaries of religion, race, cast, class or color to make them an educated, dynamic & vibrant force for shouldering their responsibilities more effectively in the future.
